Rule 8.4.1: Nominations for committee positions “…must be sent in writing so as to reach the
Honorary Secretary not less than 2 clear weeks prior to the date of the Meeting.”.
A single member can only make one nomination.

Rule 8.5: Proposals for additions or alterations to the rules or for any other motion “…shall be
submitted in writing to the Honorary Secretary not less that 2 clear weeks prior to the date of
the Meeting, duly proposed by one Member and seconded by another.”.
