INVITATION TO ALL LRFC YOUTH COACHES AND MANAGERS to attend a “Putting Kids First” workshop held at Lutterworth RFC on Saturday 10th January 2015. Darren Gourley, RFU Coach Educator, will be leading the workshop which covers the following:

• Support existing child-centred attitudes and behaviours
• Raise awareness of the attributes which best reflect a child-centred approach to coaching
• Discuss and highlight attitudes which may be in conflict with a child-centred approach to coaching

The purpose of running this workshop is to further inform you, the coach or manager of our youth teams and in supporting a consistent safeguarding message across the club. Lutterworth RFC is committed to supporting you with managing and coaching young players and to provide guidance, advice and training through the resources available to us.

We strongly advise you attend this workshop and would like to extend the invitation to joining us for a social luncheon and drinks following the morning’s activity. The course will be held in the clubhouse so sporting attire and boots not required!
