Details
- Depart Thursday evening 5th April by coach, overnight ferry to France, travel to Dax arriving Friday 6th April
- 3 days (Fri to Sun) in or near Dax or 2 nights in Dax and 1 night elsewhere in France
- Rugby games to suit travelling party
- INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ORGANISING THEIR OWN PASSPORT AND INSURANCE
Cost
- Estimated cost is £200 per person (player or supporter)
Payments
- Initial £50 payment BEFORE THE END OF OCTOBER 2011 will secure you a place on tour
- Further £10 weekly instalments to be paid through Team Manager or Jim Brown (40 club) until the full payment is made
- IF YOU DROP OUT IT IS UP TO YOU to find a replacement tourist WHO IS WILLING AND ABLE to continue paying all necessary weekly instalments until the full amount has been paid
- NO MONEYS PAID ARE REFUNDABLE except in extreme hardship cases
Fundraising events
- The early season pig roast: sponsored by Club President Martyn Holmes
- Saturday raffles throughout the season: organised by the Home Team Managers
- Social events: Details from Club Social Secretary Tom Hooper
- At this stage we do believe the 3s management will be organising a Gentlemen’s Smoking Evening
