Junior Coordinator
Two way Communication between the Team managers, coaches, first aiders and with the Playing Matters Team and the Leicestershire RFU .

Reporting to the Director of Rugby

Main reason for the role

To be able to keep the Junior section informed of developments as a result of attending the playing matters meeting once a month, being the contact for the Junior section for RFU communications.

This is a committee position and their would be 10 meetings a year which last around an hour and a half.

Other meeting to attend are monthly playing matters and LRU.

To support the Junior Coordinator sending out communications and to share meeting attendance.

We have opportunities to get our senior, colts, junior & minis results in local papers, other sports publications and on our club website, and are keen to enlist Match Reporters for ALL our teams (unless already in place). Please contact your team managers or me, Hannah Faulds should you be a keen copywriter eager to report on performances of the teams you support. This could include our young members who are looking to build college portfolios. 'Getting the word out' about Lutterworth RFC is a continual aspiration as is supporting our young players and members on and off the field.

With our ever growing membership our volunteer club officials are taking on more and more responsibility. Not wanting work loads to be a deciding factor on whether someone volunteers to key official roles we hope to recruit more administration support.
