Town Reserves rack up 7 consecutive wins

Town Reserves continued their remarkable run to safety on Saturday when they spoiled Whaddon Utd's promotion push beating them 2-1 down the Rec.

The game only really came to life late on . Dec had put Lyd 1-0 up at the break with a neat finish from Winesy's flicked pass.
The visitors were awarded a penalty with 10 minutes left after a rash challenge in the box.
Barrowcliff stepped up to level the score.
Much to their delight, the Referee gave them a second pen with only 4 minutes left following another rash challenge!!

This time however Joner dived to save the kick.
Charlie came out of the sinbin for the final corner of the match and headed home the winner to send the team and supporters into raptures.
A great day to be remembered for years to come. This was Town's 7th win on the bounce.
