Town get Slimbridge in League Cup!!
Home tie with Gloucestershire neighbours.
After beating Prem side Bracknell Town 5-1 in the 1st Round, Lydney have been drawn at home again against Gloucestershire neighbours Slimbridge in Round 2. Slimbridge won Division 1 West in season 2009/10(pictured) and finished 5th just 4 points from the top in their first season back in the Prem last year. This season they are in 6th spot, 9 points off the lead but with a game in hand. The game takes place on Saturday Nov.26th with a 3.00pm kick-off.
