We would like to extend a warm invitation to the 2015 annual general meeting of Madras Rugby Club. The meeting will be held at Madras a Rugby Clubhouse. It will take place on 19 June 2015, 6:30pm for a 7:00pm start. This invitation is being extended to every member through publication on the club's website, Facebook pages and in written form on request along with a letter posted on the clubhouse notice board.

The agenda below will be available on the evening along with committee papers and section reports.

If any member wished to raise a motion or concern please submit this to the club secretary, Scott McClymont by no later than 1 June 2015 so that your motion can be copied for all members attending on the evening.

As part of the Annual General Meeting the current committee will be presenting a proposal for consideration and vote on the future direction of the club and its structure. Our proposal is to move the club from its present setup to a limited company with charitable status, so we would encourage as many of our membership as possible to attend the meeting to hear the proposal and vote.

To be eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting you must be a member of Madras Rugby Club
