Our Senior Men's 1st XV play in Caledonia 2 in the Regional Leagues.
Training during the season is on a Tuesday and Thursday evening starting at 7.00pm prompt. Aim to be down at the changing rooms for 6.30pm. During the off season, we train on a Saturday morning as well. We will be introducing Strength and Conditioning training throughout the week for those looking to develop themselves. Details to follow.
