General Process

Draw Dates (Maximum 500 Participants)
All Draws take place At Maesteg Rugby Football Club
Winners Will Be Notified In Writing
2.Method Of Payment

Standing Orders
Use standing order section of the enrolment form
Cheque
Cheques should be made out to ‘Llynfi Valley Lottery’ 6 Month post dated cheques will be accepted
Cash
To be paid to Jan Page. Available on Fridays at Maesteg Rugby Football Club. Memebsr Lounge. 20.00 - 22.00
Completed enrolment forms including cheques (where required) to be forwarded to address at top of page.
I)
All payments must be received before the 22nd. of each month prior to the Draw.
Failure to do so will result in you not participation in the draw
II)
Six months participation is mandatory to be included in Car Draw
III)
Lottery number and Rule Card will be forwarded to you no later than the 25th of the month of application.

Collection Details
Monies will be collected on lottery draw datesat Maesteg Rugby Club.Also on training nights every Tuesday and Thursday 19:00 - 21:30 Every Friday in the members lounge from 20:00 - 22:00
Also before and after every home game, or via a committee member below
