Camlyn Rangers 3 v 2 Maghull Whites
This was our second game and unlucky to lose
This was our second game today and what a game, the boys where superb, after last week’s defeat we got onto the training ground last Sunday and went through what went wrong we discussed positions and the lads must have listened because they stuck to the task and their positions.
We started the game with Jamie Jowett playing really well in goal, Lewis Whitby and Jack Maclean started at the back with Jake Cullen, Sam Roche and Callum Furlong in Midfield, Luke Grundy was striking for us, we had Mathew O’Flartey, Charlie Fearns, Lucas Squires and Nathan Parry on the bench, the game kicked off and it was pretty even we had some shots and they had some We went 1-0 down but the lads kept going and we were rewarded by a wonderful strike from Luke Grundy to make it 1-1, Camlyn Rangers then got a free kick just outside our area and scored, we kept on attacking them and were rewarded with a great goal from Sam Roche and we were level again. The winner came from Camlyn Rangers after they sent a ball into the area it hit Charlie Fearns in the face and trickled in of Sam Roche.
