6 years ago By Mark Smith

Patrick Kanyuka has left the club to play football in Thailand, but Maidenhead have secured a deal with Eastleigh that sees Chris Flood stay at York Rd

Kanyuka made a total of seven 1st team appearances, whilst Chris Flood has so far made 14 starts and scored twice. Flood's deal will see him remain with Maidenhead until the end of the season.

On the subject of appearances, Mark Nisbet has just moved into the top 20 all time appearance makers for Maidenhead United. Mark's total of 234+28 means that he currently occupies 19th place in the list having just overtaken John Clements (232+34) and Dave Thomas (233+4). Next in line is another centre-half, Fred Hampshire, who played between 1932 and 1940 and made a total of 245 appearances.
