Anti-Bullying Policy
Bullying, in any workplace, is wrong and at Malvern Town Football Club we want to promote a happy, healthy club that encourages players of all ages/races/sexes and sexuality to become part of the heart of our club.
In law, it is unfair and wrong to victimise a person because of age, race, sex and sexuality, and those who break this rule can expect to receive an appropriate punishment from the club.
The club has a zero tolerance anti-bullying policy. This policy should be part of the wider commitment to a safe and healthful working environment and should involve the appropriate club representative.
When witnessed or reported, the bullying behaviour should be addressed IMMEDIATELY. The sooner it is reported, the sooner it WILL be stopped.
