Club Development - Our Coaches
Manchester Rugby Club has led the way with an innovative coach development plan that has been taken up as best practice by the RFU and Lancashire.
All age groups have at least one qualified RFU coach and are CRB checked.
The RFU recommended coach to player ratio is 1:8 - at Manchester we have ratios as low as 1:3.
Our senior coaching is led by South African Getty Schinkel and assisted by Sale Sharks Accademy Coach, James Beane complete the coaching structure.
