As the first game kicked off, Manchester were quickly into their stride with some strong running and good rucking. Aldwinians had some big players, but that didn't stop Joe from running in the first try after some good support play from Olly
Hill. Nicholas was showing tremendous potential, carrying the ball well and tacking well. Both Olly
's scored to only one reply from Aldwinians. The second game was was a tighter scoreline, but that didn't reflect Manchester dominance, Brandon ran in a couple and Kelan scored, the game finishing three two. The third game was more of the same, with Manchester by now in complete command. Nicholas scored twice the first a solo effort and the second good score straight from a line out, ending two up without reply.
In the final game Manchester ran in six tries to only one reply, and to be fair it could have been more. We were full of running and always seemed to have players in support , Olly
Mears and Olly
Hill both capped fine performances with tries, Henry scored twice after some aggressive running, and Brandon scored his third of the day. Aldwinians did manage a late consolation, but that is all it was. Manchester were worthy winners, and put in a performance that bodes well for the fixtures to come.
