The RFU has added three online training courses to its "don't be a Headcase" education programme - these are available now on the Headcase website

Recognise, Remove, Recover & Return

Simply apply the “4Rs” of concussion to learn how to recognise signs and symptoms, when a player should be removed from the pitch, how best to recover, and when it’s appropriate to return to play
