The Lord Nelson Inn, based in Birmingham Road, Ansley Village, is hosting the four-day beer extravaganza from Thursday, August 17 until Sunday, August 20.

The loyal sponsors of Manor Park RFC will serve up 20 themed real ales and a wide selection of ciders from near and far.

The annual beer festival, now in its 15th year, is adopting the theme ‘Best of British’.

It’s not all about the beer at the Nelson, however, as a barbecue will be served up on the courtyard as well as live entertainment.

Families are welcome and children’s facilities are close by on the neighbouring park.

The event will go ahead come rain or shine, running from 3-11pm on Thursday, 12pm-12am Friday, 12-12 on Saturday and 12-8pm on Sunday, August 20.
