Dates for diary...
THE pre-season schedule is taking shape - so here's some dates to be mindful of.
Our first scheduled game is against Yardley and District at the Griff and Coton on SATURDAY, AUGUST 22.
This will be a whole-squad, 4x20 minute game.
Here's where it gets tricky.
The first XV are in the Warwickshire Vase (made up of 12 teams) for level 9 & 10 teams this season - and there is the possibility of their being a preliminary round game (we may get a bye).
If we are drawn to play, this will be on the weekend of Saturday, August 22 or Sunday, August 23.
If we progress (through victory in that game or via a bye) the quarter-final must be played on the weekend of August 30/31 or September 5/6.
The Midlands 4 West South season starts on Saturday, September 12 with a trip to Coventrians.
Please be mindful of these dates when planning ahead.
The second XV fixtures are due out on Friday (June 5).
