WRECKING ball flanker Dean Abell is the latest Manor Park player to return to the club for the 2012/13 season.

After spending two seasons away from the club, Dean is looking forward to getting back into the swing of things and was back to his busy self at training on Thursday night.
Winger Simon Tunnicliffe and Gary Claxton have already returned following their seasons at Rugby Lions and Hinckley respectively, and Lewis Brightmore may be the next player to return after the fly-half train on Tuesday night.
It's been another solid week of training with more than 30 lads getting down the Griff and Coton on Tuesday night, but numbers were reduced for Thursday.
There are now just FOUR sessions left before it all gets underway with a friendly away at Burbage on Saturday, August 11.
Hope to see as many of you as possible next Tuesday.
ALSO A DATE FOR YOUR DIAIRES ...
Our sponsors the Royal Oak in Arbury Road, Stockingford, are holding another burger and beer night on Wednesday, July 1.
The pub is holding these nights every Wednesday and it would be fantastic to show landlord Steve our support.
If you pulled on a green alternative jersey last season you benefited directly from his sponsorship, £5.95 the other way wont hurt you - and you get fed and your thirst quenched!
Your support of these sponsors is crucial, let's not leave it to Queeny and Co to always fly the flag for us with these events.
