The fixture will involve the entire Manor Park squad over four, 20 minute sessions.
It is Park's first run out of the 2015/16 as coaches Kevin Venus and Matt Cappell cast their eyes over players ahead of the big Midlands 4 West South kick off against Coventrians (away) on Saturday, September 12.
Harbury are preparing for their second season in Midlands 3 West South after finishing ninth in 2014/15.
The last time the sides met, Park won 19-17 in March. In the reverse fixture, Harbury won in November 2014 31-12.
The clubs had a great rivalry in 2012/13, when Park lost 11-17 at home to the visitors, while Park won away 14-10.
Harbury were eventually pipped into the second promotion spot behind Old Yardelians by Park courtesy of Manor's dramatic 13-26 bonus point success away at Birmingham Civil Service - denying Harbury promotion (who were level on points) on games won; 15-14.
The match will be refereed by Joshua Jelley - his first Manor Park appointment.
