If you want tickets to RWC2015 this is how to go about it

We have received notification from RWC2015 on ticketing allocation for Manor Park RFC through the priority sale, we can announce that tickets are available to purchase for every match.

The purchasing arrangements are different (convoluted) to the normal RFU process for international tickets. Members will need to buy their own tickets direct through the RWC2015 ticketing system, this will be your responsibility NOT the clubs.

RFU requirements for eligible participants:
• Any nominated member must have been a club member since 1 September 2013
• Tickets are for the personal use of the member and cannot be passed on or commercialised for hospitality or sponsorship etc.
• The person must be over 16 years of age
• The general ticketing regulations and terms & conditions must be followed in all respects

If you are unable to comply with the above you are not eligible for tickets in the priority sale.

We have to upload our nominated members by 6th May 2014 into the RWC2015 ticketing website, for which we need the member’s full name and a valid email address. Such information will be gathered and stored for administration, communication, enforcement and access control purposes. By emailing your desire to purchase tickets to us will be deemed that you give your permission for England 2015 to store and use such details in connection with the allocation of Tickets.

Tickets are limited and in order to allocate them in a fair manner we need members to express their interest by emailing their requirements to ngajic@mprfc.co.uk, the deadline for this is 30th April 2014. Requests after that date will not be accepted. In your email include a contact no. state which matches you wish to buy tickets and quantity requested, (you may request a maximum of 4 tickets to any match, but it’s likely you will only receive 1 ticket for the Twickenham matches).

Depending on demand from members we may have to implement a ballot in order to fulfil our nominated member limits. This could mean members may only be able to purchase on a one ticket per member basis. We will notify members of the tickets they will be allocated to buy after reviewing demand.

Tickets are available in all price categories but please note that they will be sold on a first come first served basis so it will be your responsibility to log into the system early in order to secure the tickets at the price you want to pay. Tickets will be on sale from 16 May to 30 June 2014 and you will have to pay in full at this time.

If for whatever reason you do not wish to complete the purchase of your allocated tickets you must inform the club immediately by emailing ngajic@mprfc.co.uk to enable us to reallocate. Failure to do so means that the tickets will remain unsold and will then get added to the public sale in September, also it could jeopardise your eligibility for future international tickets.

The priority sale does not prevent a member applying through the public ballot later on in the year.

I have attached the RWC2015 Ticket Pricing Document to help you decide which matches you would like to attend it also includes information on dates and venues. Also attached is the Terms & Conditions document.
