We have play makers and finishers throughout the squad and I am looking forward to the encounter with Saturday's opponents.

Venus said: “Having had some really good results recently making hard decisions in selection is a hard topic but an enjoyable one knowing that we are developing real strength in depth, I have opted for a powerful but quick squad that has the potential to score from anywhere on the field.
“We have play makers and finishers throughout the squad and I am looking forward to the encounter with Saturday's opponents.
“Club stalwart Matt Marston has not made the squad for this game not that Mat is doing anything wrong but I have the option to go for youth and pace this week so I have taken that opportunity. Influential inside centre Jordan Rice is on the bench having been recovering from a shoulder injury, but it’s not every week you can have the luxury on an inform player ready to make an impact when he enters the field.
“We have had some good positive training sessions in the build up to this game.”
Selection for the home second team game between Manor Park and Bedworth, which kicks off at the Griff and Coton at 3pm, will be announced this evening.
