THE MERSEYSIDE & WIRRAL LEAGUE… 2011-12 This competition will compare the performances over 40 league matches, of fifteen local clubs. Also included a few from outside the area, such as Chester, to make it more interesting. Southport ( Conference – Premier ) Vauxhall Motors ( Conference – North ) Burscough, Chester, Marine ( NPL – Premier ) Cammell Laird, Prescot C, Skelmersdale U, Warrington T ( NPL – Div 1 North ) AFC Liverpool, Ashton A, Bootle, Runcorn L, Runcorn T, St Helens T ( NWCL – Premier ) I will update the table after Marine have reached the following number of games: 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35. Very interesting and a very original idea indeed. Alan. Jim Voiels and I could have done with you being around in the 70s to help us with Netstretcher. I wonder if Gary might be interested in putting it in the programme as well? |
