125 GRID - A permanent board to be displayed in new club shop with 125 squares on it for supporters to buy for £50 a square (up front or in instalments). Size of individual squares to be beer mat / mobile phone size.

BRICK MEMORIAL WALL - Similar to 125 grid, to be incorporated in above if anyone would like a square in memory of a loved one or family member

RACE NIGHT - Tony Mawdesley (kitman) has offered to provide materials to run a race evening at Marine.

HOME / AWAY SHIRT AUCTION / SALE - To be done at the end of the season for individuals to bid for shirts, minimum bid price needed.

FOOTBALL NAME CARD - Reintroduce the name card at games / after matches at Marine, possibly £15-£20 profit per card.

PRE-SEASON HOME FRIENDLY - High profile team with all gate profits going to the ground appeal.

11 UP COMPETITION - MSA / Ralph Rands to be asked to re-start this as it brought in £1K per season.

APPEAL BUCKET COLLECTION - Suggested we restarted home game bucket collections.

PLAYERS REUNION EVENING / GAME - Paul Leary to speak with David Wotherspoon, possibly a 125 anniversary event instead.
