Mariners entertain Celtic tomorrow...

Marine entertain Stalybridge Celtic at the Marine Travel Arena tomorrow in the Evo-Stik League Premier Division (3pm).

The Crosby club will be looking to extend their 100% record in 2019, in a run that has seen them win 4 of their last 5 games since Boxing Day.

Stalybridge meanwhile have enjoyed a solid season so far and sit 11th in the table with 4 wins, 1 draw and 8 defeats in their games away from Bower Fold.

The sides met in August with Celtic running out 3-2 winners, Marine’s goals coming from Josh Hine and a Danny Mitchley penalty.

Marine manager Neil Young has added to his squad recently with goalkeeper Joe Hilton likely to make his home debut between the sticks, with Blackburn loan signing Sam Barnes and former Skelmersdale player Will Dunne available for selection.

Former loan goalkeeper Paddy Wharton is part of the Celtic squad, along with Liam Tongue who featured regularly for the Whites last season.

Admission to the MTA is £10 adults, £5 concessions with accompanied U11s admitted free.

Everton, Liverpool, Tranmere Rovers and AFC Liverpool season ticket holders are admitted for £5 on production of their season ticket.

The pre match hospitality is NOT running tomorrow so the Graham Lounge will be open before the game and at half time with a guest cask ale available.

The Lounge will close at 6pm for a private function but the Committee Room will be open for further refreshments to be enjoyed.
