Phil, 34, is a vastly experienced central defender who joined the Mariners in October 2017 from Warrington Town.Moved to Cantilever Park in the summer after leaving The New Saints, where he won 8 Welsh Premier League title medals and also made more than 30 appearances in UEFA competitions.
Started in the Tranmere Youth team before spells at Exeter City, Bangor City, Droylsden and Aberrystwyth Town.
