All the goals came in the opening 15 minutes with a Benjamin Osei opener on 5' which was soon matched by an Anthony Malbon goal on 7' only for Osei again to net what turned out to be the winner on 14'.

This result catapulted Drayton up to 16th place in the league with 10 points from 11 matches. There were no other games in the NPL Div 1S on the Saturday as most teams were participating in an FA Trophy preliminary match so Drayton stayed put in 16th.

Looking ahead this week, Drayton are at home on Tuesday to Ellesmere Rangers in the TJ Vickers Premier Challenge Cup first round. This is a trophy we won last season and look to do so again.

Saturday sees us back in league action when we host Belper Town at Greenfields and we'll be looking to carry on where we left off on Friday night at Kidsgrove.
