MDTFC is seeking a Manager for the newly formed Under 21's Team that will be participating in the Shropshire Under 21 League this coming season. This opportunity represents the chance to manage a team against 7 other clubs, in what is hoped will be a challenging and competitive League.

The Manager's role will be a voluntary position, but the successful candidate will become a key member in what is a promising period in the football club with an exciting future.

The role is expected to demand about 5-6 hours per week of the Manager, but the possibility exists to share the role with another coach.

The plan is for the team to train on Tuesdays and matches to be played on Thursday evenings; Thursdays that do not have a fixture will be training sessions.

It is hoped that the successful candidate will work with the First Team Management and allow the exchange of players from each squad to the club and player's advantage.
