Cleans sheet again for MDTFC on their latest travels away to Quorn, but though happy with not conceding for the fourth time in five games Town should be wondering what should of been!
Town started brightly and had most of the first have possession but just couldn't produce that little bit of quality needed in the final third to make a difference to the score line. The Gingerbreads did get the ball in the net on 30 and 35 minutes but the goals were called back for a jubiush off side and foul to the keeper respectively .
Towns domination followed in the second half but apart from a Matty Johnson long shot which was tipped onto the bar by the Quorn stopper there was little goal mouth action to mention. This domination of the game was nearly undun by the home side who could of won it themselves in the closing minutes where a quick turn and shot nearly produced a home win. But that would have been cruel and as much as Town huffed and puffed at times they played some good stuff and this is another well earned point.
