In the Preliminary Round of the Emirates FA Cup we have been drawn at Home against Evesham United - the date of this fixture being as early as the 20th August. Our last game against Evesham was in October 2013 when we lost the Cup Game (Away) 3 - 1. This was a time when we were really struggling to get any results whatsoever.

The Draw for the FA Trophy will see us travelling to Kettering Town on the 29th October. Our last game against Kettering was in September 2015 when we lost at Home 0 -- 5 in the Emirates FA Cup.

Manager Martyn Davies will ignore totally these previous results and will be driving MDTFC forward to win these vital games.

The Emirates FA Cup and The FA Trophy both provide massive financial incentives for clubs and we will be looking to commence our double march to Wembley
