Saturday 14th April sees us play the first of 3 Home games within a period of 6 days, when we welcome Cleethorpes Town FC for their first ever visit to the Greenfields Stadium.

We will certainly be looking to bounce back from our defeat at Chasetown, where we came within 12 minutes of clinching what would have been 3 very important points - leading 1-0 up to this point we were to concede 3 goals in the final period of play. To add to our woe MDTFC Goalkeeper Mate Dzecki received a 'red card'.

Cleethorpes Town FC are currently in 11th place in the League with 46 points from 33 games; this is not quite the true picture as they were penalised 12 points earlier in the season - otherwise they would have been well in the hunt for the play off places.

Cleethorpes certainly know how to out the ball in the net having scored 65 goals in the process.

The teams met early in the season (9th September 2017) when Cleethorpes claimed the three points in a 2-0 victory.
