Saturday's 3-2 victory versus Cleethorpes Town FC means that we now require 6 points from 6 games to guarantee League safety and retention of our status as a Step 4 club - massively important for the town of Market Drayton and MDTFC.

17th April versus Lincoln United

Tuesday evening of the 17th April sees us at 'Home' to Lincoln United, who did us a favour on Saturday in defeating Romulus.

Lincoln currently stand 9th in the League Table with an outside chance of making the play-offs. They certainly know how to find the net - scoring 76 goals in the process, in order to balance the statistics they have to date also conceded 76 goals.

In the away encounter on the 11th November we recorded a 1-0 victory.

All the makings of a great game.

Thursday 19th April versus Basford United

48 hours later we welcome 'promoted and Champions elect' Basford United currently head of the Table by a 'mile' with 91 points achieved by scoring an impressive 90 goals.

In our 'away'encounter, on the 10th March, Basford recorded a comfortable 4-1 victory.

Another great game ahead.
