U13s SUMMER TRAINING STARTS 24 JULY!
Hi All
Ahead of next season which commences on 02 Sept, the coaches are putting on pre-season training at the Club on Tuesdays and Thursdays commencing 24th July - next Tuesday. Time: 7-8pm
ALL WELCOME: New recruits or intended recruits and bring a friend! FREE!
Given the ground conditions trainers and boots please, along with water and std kit. Mostly core strength and fitness work combined with some ball skills. No contact until 2 weeks before the season starts.

Come to Riverwoods and join Paul, Ross, Daniel and the team for 5 days of great fun and rugby coaching! Open to U6s to U14s, developing the next generation of rugby players. Further details below

Professional Rugby Coaching
• Delivered by high-quality RFU-qualified coaches
• Relevant age grade coaching
• Identifying and improving personal and team skills
• Coached in a safe and, most importantly, fun environment
Players will have the opportunity to test the skills that they have learned in the RPD “Skills Challenge”
Prizes will be awarded at the end of the week.
13th – 17th August 2012 (5 days)
Cost per student: £150 (£130 when booked by 1 July 2012)
9am – 10am Registration and 3.15 pm pick-up
