Marlow United will play either Wendover of the Aylesbury & District League or Kintbury Rangers of the North Berks League. Both teams are not strangers to United, indeed United's last appearance in the Berks & Bucks Intermediate FA Cup Semi-Final was during the 2006/07 season was against Kintbury Rangers, with Rangers triumphing after extra time. United last played Wendover in 1984 during the Ercol Senior Section campaign.

The quarter final match between Kintbury and Wendover was postponed Saturday due to a waterlogged pitch and the match is scheduled to be played this coming Saturday 21 January 2017

The semi final ties are scheduled to be played on Saturday 11 February 2017.
