Mattishall 7 UEA 1
The first home game of the season turned out to be one of the best performance's by the team in recent years. On a wet night in front of an unexpected large crowd Mattishall got off to a quick start with Ty Bond opening the scoring on 12 minutes. The home side increased their lead with a well taken goal by Alie Bangura after 20 minutes and it was a surprise when UEA pulled a goal back 8 minutes later the half time I score being 2-1.
After the break it was constant pressure from Mattishall and on 62 minutes Ty scored his second.Goals then came at regular intervals with Sam Childerhouse,Ty to complete his hat trick, Elijah Lawrence-gaite with a goal that nearly every Mattishall player was involved in and Ty adding his fourth and the teams seventh tow complete a resounding victory
