Well done to all those that attended the first session of pre-season on the 7th June.

Dear All,

Well done to all those that attended the first session of pre-season on the 7th June. The effort level was excellent and you’re a credit to the team spirit within the club. Keep up that level of effort and we’ll go from strength to strength and have a cracking 2012-2013!

Here is a brief outline of the session for this Tuesday 12th June. Each section lasts approximately 10minutes unless otherwise stated. Here’s the session outline:

1.Warm up - Ball Handling grid, Dynamic Mobility + core strength exercises – 15minutes
2.Plank test - 3minutes
3.Offload Touch
4.4,3,2,1 minute runs
5.Offload Touch
6.Body weight circuit
7.Warm down – Static stretch (Injury prevention) – 5minutes

There will also be an informal 'Goal Setting Workshop' for all those interested at 7.15 - in the changing room. Training on the pitch will commence at 7.30 sharp.
