Mark Roughsedge, Medway & Kent Community Rugby League Coach said ‘This is a great day for Medway and The Dragons. The 2013 Rugby League World Cup is the first global sporting event post Olympics and Paralympics and we have a wonderful opportunity for everyone to be a part of it’
