Adam Barnett, Joe Coyd and Martin Lane have been selected to play for England at the 2017 Wheelchair Rugby League World Cup.

"We'd like to congratulate all the players on their selection at this point, but remind them all that they have to continue to work hard to give ourselves the best opportunity of performing at our best in France."

England's 11-person squad for the 2017 Wheelchair Rugby League World Cup in France has been announced. The final 11 has been selected from players throughout the domestic competitions that have either been a part of the train on squad or those attending the open sessions in February at St Georges Park. Medway Dragons have an impressive 3 representatives boarding the plane in July.

Dragons and England Coach Mark Roughsedge said: "Myself and Martyn are delighted with the players' performance throughout the programme."

"The high standard across the board has made our job very hard when getting the squad down to 11. "

"We'd like to congratulate all the players on their selection at this point, but remind them all that they have to continue to work hard to give ourselves the best opportunity of performing at our best in France."
