Over the last few weeks I have been involved in a number of discussions with the Steering Group on how we are to bring Masters RL forward. ID cards insurances are still on going and will soon know the results. Rule change for this season you will no longer be able to ankle tap so be please take note as this is not within the spirit of Master RL.

I have also been in discussion's with Andrew Cave (Midlands Masters) Tim Griffiths (Oxford RL) and both are extremely keen to promote Masters RL in their neck of the words. April 24th Oxford are playing host Hunslet and it is proposed a Masters game provides a curtain. I would like Medway Dragons to provide opposition for that day. It looks like Ed Baldwin will be referring unless Mark Rousedge who may I add done a fantastic job over at East London before Christmas would like to take up the role.

Saturday April 9th The French are coming. Medway Dragons Masters v London & South Foundation Team Kick off TBC.

Grans XIII are coming to Medway again. A touring team with under 11s and 13s with 15 adults. These guys came over in 2014 and played a touch rugby with our big kids. This time I'm looking to stage a game with some of the parents of Grans XIII participating. Easiest way to do that is get a game on so they can join in and take the joys of Masters back home. If you like a run out on a Saturday afternoon please get in touch

The Masters RL regional festivals all up and running and where displayed on the London South News letter. This year I would like to focus on the Leeds Festival 9th July. These guys have a savings clubs and have confirmed they will be at our festival June 18th. They have nothing but praise for Medway Dragons and together with Crosfields and Blackpool and done fantastic work in promoting ours. May I ask you all to put that weekend in your diary, I'm more than happy to arrange accommodation and travel package but I need that commitment from you. As well as Crosfields 13th August and Blackpool 10th September if you have never attended these before you don't know what your missing.

The Aussies are back and its been confirmed they are coming south. 19th 20th and 21st of August. We get them for the weekend. Keep that one free if you love your Masters RL and a beer. More details soon.

Our Midweek meets continue every Thursday at Medway Park There's been a few evenings where we have had to cancel due to adverse weather. Please check with George.

Last year some of you were t at The Ship & Trades when we celebrated the 8th birthday of our club, with Brian McDermott and will have heard Martin Coyd announce the launch of Membership Scheme.The Dragons Membership Scheme is open to absolutely everybody, anywhere in the world and covers our Handball and Rugby League sections.

The purpose is to generate funds for investment into Medway Dragons and build a sustainable future for our club, enabling everybody in our community to participate, to belong and to make a difference to the lives of people in The Medway Towns and beyond.
