Mellish RFC are very lucky to have two extremely good coaches and now will be blessed with a third, Sean Malton the 22-year-old has penned a deal with Nottingham Rugby until the end of the 2013/14 RFU Championship season.
He joins the Green and Whites from Premiership side London Irish, having completed a short-term contract with the club at the start of November.

The former Sharks under-21 Currie Cup captain, and young Springbok and South African schoolboys representative made one substitute appearance for Exiles in the Premiership before moving to the East Midlands, Sean has shown interest in coaching a club at grass roots level and we are lucky enough to have the opportunity to learn from his experience gained at playing at such a high level.

Sean will be up the club on Tuesday 12th November to help with training before he unfortunately goes for an operation but should rejoin in December to help coach all 3 senior teams, he will help coach twice a month on every 2nd and 4th Thursday, dates for actual start in December will be confirmed, this is an excellent opportunity for you to progress yourself as a player, your captains will be urging you to attend training it's the only way we can move forward as a club on the pitch and it wouldn't do any harm on the social side bringing all 3 teams together.
