Pontypridd will make the short trip to Caerphilly RFC to take on their Cardiff counterparts. Ponty finished top of the qualifying league and in their last fixture last week they beat today’s opposition 15-0 at Cardiff Arms Park. Let’s hope for a similar result today.

Rhondda will make their way to Aberavon to face a strong Llanelli outfit. Rhondda finished the league table in second spot whilst the young Scarlets finished in third.

Both games kick-off at 6pm.

With two teams from the Mid District reaching the last four it shows again the strength of schools rugby in the Mid District.
