Junior Dinner and Presentation Evening 2011
Saturday 21st May, Sporting Lodge, 7PM - 10PM
Dear Parents, Players, Relatives, Supporters and Friends,
It is my pleasure to invite you to attend our Annual Junior Rugby Dinner and Presentation Evening at The Sporting Lodge, Stainton Village, TS17 9LW, on Saturday 21st May 2011. If you have not attended before, the event is opportunity to reflect on and celebrate what has been another fantastic year for Middlesbrough Rugby Club. The agenda is as follows:
7:00PM: Guests to arrive through Hotel entrance
7:30PM: Meals to be served in the Maltby Suite
8:45PM Presentations to Commence
10PM: Event Scheduled to Finish
The meals follow a set menu of a main course consisting of Chicken breast with seasonal vegetables, potatoes & gravy, followed by a desert consisting of Chocolate Torte with cream and fresh strawberry. There is a vegetarian option (Vegetable Wellington with new potatoes) for anyone who prefers that to the Chicken Breast.
Despite the fact that the raise in VAT has lead to an increase in prices we are still offering the event at the cost of £15 per person. Please complete the return slip attached below and forward it to the most appropriate coach or team manager connected to your son's team. Please include a cheque for the total amount made payable to "Middlesbrough Rugby Club'. I will be very grateful if you could ensure any slip returns and payments are given to your coach/team manager on or before April 29th 2011. After that date remaining places will be offered to a wider audience.
