From the M1 southbound
Leave at Junction 39 and follow all signs to Huddersfield until you reach the ring road. Once you get to the Shorehead roundabout (the University is on your left and Kingsgate Shopping Centre is ahead), please follow signs for the A616 to Holmfirth/Sheffield. At the third set of traffic lights (Lockwood Bar) with a shop called 'How Bazaar' in front of you, go straight ahead and you will see the entrance to Lockwood Park after a quarter of a mile on your left.
