This Tuesday at The Wheatsheaf in Midhurst will be my first AGM for the club. The foundations laid by former chairman Mr Darren Chiverton, mean we are now ready to push the club forward. We owe a big debt of gratitude for all his work, time and effort he afforded the club during his tenure. Once a stag, always a stag!
I have been very fortunate to arrive at a time when we have a very strong group of people willing to come together for the benefit of the club. Once the official formalities are concluded tomorrow evening, I am convinced we will have an excellent committee in place. This committee will be paramount with the upcoming developments in and around the club.
Whether your a player, staff, parent, supporter or committee member, each and everyone of us has a part to play. I passionately believe we are at the start of a very exciting and important era for the club.
