The Reserves suffered a home defeat this afternoon as they were beaten by Hesketh Bank. It was a poor start after they conceded twice in the opening 15 minutes, but they rallied and clawed a goal back just before the half hour. The visitors regained their two goal lead just before half time, and extended it further just after the break. The Reserves did manage to grab a second, but it proved to be just a consolation.
