Player Registrations
The clock is ticking for player registrations to be submitted in time for the start of the new season ....... have you returned your paperwork yet?
It is essential that all player's registration packs are completed and returned to age group managers as soon as possible.
Managers/Age Group Administrators have hopefully distributed the 2011/12 MNJFC Registration Packs to all players and a copy of the pack is now also available to download from this site (See Club Info/Documents).
U9-U16's must also to complete & return ASAP the additional Woodspring League Registration Form (also available to download)
Please can ALL NEW MILTON NOMADS JFC PLAYERS provide a copy of photographic I.D.
Any player's that have not returned their completed packs to their age group manager before Sat 20th August 2011, will unfortunately NOT be allowed by the Woodspring Junior League to participate in the initial fixtures of the 2011/12 season.
Player's Annual Registration Fees are also needed to ensure individuals are covered by all essential Insurance policies and Governing body affiliation and memberships.
Below is a simple checklist for the Player Registration process
1 - From your MNJFC Registration Pack 2011/12, complete and return:
Milton Nomads JFC Player Medical Form
Milton Nomads JFC Player Registration Form
Woodspring League Registration Form (U9-U16's only)
2 - Include the relevant Annual Registration Fee by Cheque or Cash
(£15 for U7&U8 / £20 for U9-U16)
3 - All new players to provide a copy of photographic ID for proof of age
4 - Set up monthly a Standing Order to start from 1st Sept 2011
(£10 for U7&U8 / £12 for U9-U16's). Milton Nomads JFC's bank account details can be found in the registration pack
5 - Return all completed forms, annual registration fee and player ID, if applicable, to your age group manager before Saturday 20th August 2011
6 - If you are unable to do any of the above, please urgently contact Mel Woodards to discuss (melwoodards@hotmail.co.uk or mobile 07973825340)
