This TaylorWimpey development is part of the Vale of White Horse 2031 Housing Plan.
The Vales Plan for the area originally started with a 1400 home site and has reduced to approx 460 homes.
There will obviously be views for and against this development, from the clubs perspective and irrespective of our personal views we are obligated to achieve the best result for the club and the current and future community.

We have a place as stakeholders as we own land required to facilitate the expansion of the school, plus we are considered to be a successful Club worthy of investment.

Bottom line for Milton United FC there is going to Community and Facility money which the Landowner and Developer very much want invested on-site in better facilities. This in itself is very positive and we want to ensure we benefit for both football and the community in our area.

Therefore we will positively engage with a mind to fully benefit and champion our cause during the consultation period. Therefore I recommend participation of Members and Supporters in the consultation.

There will be a Public Consultation period which kicks off on Monday 19 Oct at St Bliase Primary School (Milton Heights) from 4-8pm. Thereafter consultation material will be available on-line at www.taylorwimpey.co.uk/miltonheights
