Huws Gray Alliance Criteria of the clubs looking for promotion this year

HUWS GRAY ALLIANCE GROUND CRITERIA 2017/18

GROUND TENURE
Clubs must have an agreement or lease to continually be able to use their ground for a minimum of ten years

GROUND SHARING
Clubs are not allowed to ground share unless they have a 3G pitch
Clubs with 3g pitches must abide by the rules of the league that relate to the playing surface

COVERED ACCOMODATION FOR SPECTATORS
Clubs must gave a minimum covered accommodation for at least one hundred and ten spectators with a minimum of fifty seats

PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM
Clubs must have a working PA system that can be heard by all spectators

FIELD OF PLAY
Pitch size must be a minimum of 98*63 metres. Playing surface must be acceptable to the league

GOALPOSTS
Both goalpost must be identical and conform to FIFA rules. Hooks for attaching goal nets are not allowed

DUGOUTS
Dugouts must seat at least eight people, they will preferably be on the same side of the pitch

CHANGING ROOMS
Players - each changing room must have seating for at least eighteen people with shower facilities that have at least four shower heads. Preferably with a toilet in each
Match officials - must have a minimum of four seats and showering facility. Preferably with a toilet

SAFE WALKWAY
There must be a safe walkway for players and match officials between changing room and pitch. No ropes allowed

REFRESHMENTS
Clubs must have refreshments facilities for spectators - hot and cold drinks must be available

HARDSTANDING
There must be hard standing on one length and one width of playing area for spectactors

BARRIER RAILS
The field of play must be completely surrounded by barrier rails that are acceptable to the league (no rope)

TOILETS
There must be toilet facilities for male and female spectators with running water - they must be different than those used by players and match officials

FIRST AID FACILITIES
There must be a stretcher for use on all match days
Clubs must have a person with a valid first aid certificate at all games. The person(s) must supply an up to date certificate to the league
