Mold dragons have had a fantastic season this year having finished runners up in the league. The team entered the New Ferry tournament for a bit of fun . They Made it through the group phase and were drawn against Princess Villa and won 1-0. They next took on Corintheans from Stockport and the game finished 3-3 after extra time. Ethan, Titch, Harvey, Dan, Thomas and Cal all scored their pens and Oli saved the next pen and then got up to take the next pen and slotted the ball home. In the final they encountered Peninsula Stars who hadn't lost all season and had won their league and cup double. They also beat the Dragons 1-0 in group stage. The lads stepped up a gear and took the game to them, going all out for the win. The Stars keeper was in fine form but the Dragons still came away with a thoroughly deserved 2-1win and a fantastic day of football finished with Dragons lifting the cup .
