REVISED ROTA Christmas Bag Pack At Morrisons
CHANGE TO ROTA Sunday 18th December 10am – 4pm SEE BELOW
It’s time for Moldgreens final fundraiser of the year! Last time the bag pack was a great success and the club raised a serious amount of money.
Morrisons have kindly allowed us to help their customers at the tills with their packing and as we know, the people who shop there are a generous bunch so expect some heavy buckets of change at the end.
All junior teams are to take part, on a rota basis listed below. With the event being on a Sunday our teams will work together, in shifts, over the 6 hour period – don’t worry too much, Morrisons will be PACKED (so to speak) and the time will certainly pass quickly.
Simon Good will be main supervisor from 10 – 1pm and then Kim Salm will take over from 1 – 4pm however, as much extra support from parents as possible will be greatly appreciated, if only for a short time. The supermarket has in excess of 20 checkouts and if we have junior players on each one I would hope that we can have at least one adult to watch over every 4.
Please remember to wear your Moldgreen playing shirt while you’re there and always have a smile on your face when you ask a customer if they would like help packing their bags. Remember a small amount of effort from us on the day will raise a lot of money for our great club. Collection buckets will be provided too. If you need any more details please contact your team manager or the named supervisors above. We look forward to seeing you there!!

Start 10am 11’s and 8’s finish at 12pm
12pm 13’s and 9’s finish at 2pm (13’s arriving at 11.30am)
2pm 10’s / 14’s and any remaining players wanting to do a
bit longer! Finish at 4pm.
Please arrive on time for your slot and in the event of us having more juniors available than tills at anytime we will go 2 to a till.
Above all – ENJOY YOURSELVES!
