Standard Monthly: £30 pcm
Playing Members: £20 pcm (33.3% discount)
Family Members: £25 pcm (16.6% discount)
The gym is equipped with mainly Powerzone strength equipment (they provided all Total Fitness strength equipment many years ago), kettlebells, dumbbells upto 50kg, squat rack, leg press, hack squat etc. I have a new seated press arriving in January 2012, with various new pieces of strength equipment in the pipeline for next year. We also stock supplements which we can offer at very competitive rates (whey proteins, blend proteins, glutamine, HMB etc).
In terms of policing memberships a simple list should suffice, we have a database of members which we can check payments against, on sign in. We currently offer a similar scheme to Flintshire Council who have provided members with photo ID’s, this is not necessary as we build relationships with members after a short period of time.
